What we do

We act as trustee and collaborate with our clients' legal advisors to design trust structures for Timeshare Resorts, Destination Clubs, Vacation Clubs, Fractional Interests, Travel Clubs, Points Clubs and Private Residence Clubs involved in the Vacation Ownership Industry.

Additionally, we provide Cloud Computing, Software as a Service (SaaS), data access and middleware services to enhance our clients' business, delivering cost effective and flexible solutions to meet their business needs.

How we do it
